The Lovett Lions baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans to 7 in the Lions non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Lions (3-0) will now prepare for their match against North Atlanta (Atlanta, GA). The Warriors go into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, North Atlanta by Pope (Marietta, GA), 10-9, in a non-league challenge.

With the defeat, Greater Atlanta Christian falls to 3-2 on the season. The Spartans host Hebron Christian Academy (Dacula, GA) to battle the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 24. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Hebron Christian Academy 6-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Mount Pisgah Christian (Johns Creek, GA)
