Massachusetts High School Basketball - Georgetown tipped by Wakefield Memorial

The Wakefield Memorial Warriors basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Georgetown Royals to 69 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Warriors now sport a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Malden for a non-league contest on Friday, February 24. Wakefield Memorial will meet a Golden Tornados team coming off a 65-53 non-league win over Woburn Memorial (Woburn, MA). The Golden Tornados record now stands at 13-8.

The Royals (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against North Andover (North Andover, MA). The Scarlet Knights enter the non-league contest with a 13-8 record.
