In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Bishop Hartley Hawks (Columbus, OH) basketball squad edged the host River Valley Vikings (Caledonia, OH), by a count of 46-42.
The Hawks (10-14) will now prepare for their outing against Granville (Granville, OH). The Blue Aces go into the non-league outing with a 23-2 record. In their last outing, Granville held off Heath (Heath, OH), 53-21, in a non-league outing.
The Vikings now hold a 16-7 record.
