In Wednesday's non-league match, the host New Hope Indians basketball team scored a good 50-42 triumph over the Handley Tigers.
In their next game, the Indians meet the Prattville Christian Academy Panthers (Prattville, AL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 28. New Hope will attempt to move on its 11-4 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 19-2 record after their 60-21 non-league win over Bibb County (Centreville, AL).
With the defeat, Handley moves to 14-5 on the year.
