Paramus Catholic Paladins (Paramus, NJ) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Morristown-Beard Crimson (Morristown, NJ), 56-49 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Paramus Catholic upgrades its record to 8-17 on the campaign. The Paladins travel to Immaculate Heart Academy (Washington Township, NJ) to play the Blue Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, February 24. The Blue Eagles come into the bout with a record of 21-4. Immaculate Heart Academy won 48-33 in their recent non-league bout against Ridgewood (Ridgewood, NJ)
