Frederick Gunn Highlanders (Washington, CT) fans left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their ice hockey team hold off the visiting Westminster School Martlets (Simsbury, CT), 3-2 in a league match.

The Highlanders (19-9) will now prepare for their match against Berkshire School (Sheffield, MA). The Bears enter the match with a 11-18 record. In their last match, Berkshire School tipped Millbrook School (Millbrook, NY), 3-0, in a league match.

Next up, the Martlets clash with the Deerfield Academy Big Green (Deerfield, MA) in a match, on Friday, February 24. Westminster School will attempt to advance on its 14-8 season record. The Big Green enter the match with a 9-13 record after their 4-3 league loss to Kent School (Kent, CT).
