With the win, Akiak upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Thunderbolts travel to Bristol Bay (Naknek, AK) to clash with the Angels in a non-league bout on Friday, February 23. The Angels go into the bout with a record of 13-6. Bristol Bay won 59-29 in their recent non-league bout against Aniak (Aniak, AK)

Next up, the Lynx clash with the Kalskag Grizzly Bears (Upper Kalskag, AK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 23. Tanalian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-18 season record. The Grizzly Bears go into the bout with a 2-12 record after their 42-29 league win over Tuluksak (Tuluksak, AK).
