Lincoln Christian Bulldogs (Tulsa, OK) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Alva Goldbugs (Alva, OK), 42-36 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lincoln Christian upgrades its record to 11-11 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Victory Christian (Tulsa, OK) to play the Conquerors in a Pinnacle bout on Saturday, February 24. The Conquerors come into the bout with a record of 19-4. Victory Christian won 70-32 in their recent non-league bout against Blackwell (Blackwell, OK)

Next up, the Goldbugs play the Perry Maroons (Perry, OK) in a non-league battle, on Friday, February 23. Alva will attempt to improve on its 16-8 season record.
