Fertile-Beltrami Falcons (Fertile, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Red Lake County Central/Red Lake Falls Rebels (Oklee, MN), 81-51 in a league bout.

With the win, Fertile-Beltrami upgrades its record to 26-7 on the season. The Falcons travel to Red Lake County Central (Oklee, MN) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 22. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 23-2.

Next up, the Rebels play the Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] Northern Freeze (Newfolden, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 23. Red Lake County Central/Red Lake Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 20-2 season record. The Northern Freeze go into the bout with a 15-11 record after their 75-70 league loss to Win-E-Mac (Erskine, MN).
