In Thursday's non-league outing, the West Jessamine Colts (Nicholasville, KY) basketball squad beat the host Garrard County Golden Lions (Lancaster, KY), by a count of 60-50.
The Colts (7-20) will now prepare for their outing against Burgin (Burgin, KY). The Bulldogs go into the District 46 outing with a 6-25 record. In their last outing, Burgin was topped by Casey County (Liberty, KY), 65-59, in a non-league outing.
The Golden Lions now hold a 6-24 record. They play next when they travel to Danville for a District 45 outing on Monday, February 26. Garrard County will clash with a Admirals squad coming off a 79-48 non-league win over East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY). The Admirals record now stands at 7-20.
