    The Lake Ridge Eagles (Mansfield, TX) basketball felled the host Wylie Pirates (Wylie, TX), 55-37 in Thursday's non-league test.

    The Eagles (29-6) will now prepare for their test against Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 23-10 record. In their last test, Waxahachie thwarted Horn (Mesquite, TX), 55-47, in a non-league test.

    The Pirates now own a 23-10 record.
