Texas High School Basketball - Marlin falls to LaPoynor

In Thursday's non-league match, the host LaPoynor Flyers basketball team scored a good 74-65 triumph over the Marlin Bulldogs.

In their next game, the Flyers meet the Centerville Tigers (Centerville, TX) in a non-league match, on Monday, February 26. LaPoynor will attempt to move on its 23-11 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 24-7 record after their 40-32 non-league win over Moody (Moody, TX).

With the defeat, Marlin moves to 18-5 on the year.
