The Hale Eagles basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy Dragons to 19 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

In their next game, the Eagles meet the Mio-Au Sable Thunderbolts (Mio, MI) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 22. Hale will attempt to better on its 8-10 season record. The Thunderbolts enter the match with a 15-4 record after their 61-52 non-league win over All Saints Central (Bay City, MI).

With the defeat, Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy moves to 9-10 on the year. The Dragons host Coleman (Coleman, MI) to meet the Comets in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 27. The Comets enter the match with a record of 6-14. Coleman lost 51-32 in their recent league match against St. Charles (St. Charles, MI)
