The Sequoyah Indians basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Kellyville Ponies to 33 in the Indians non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Indians now sport a 10-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 24. Sequoyah will battle a Warriors team coming off a 60-24 non-league win over Lexington (Lexington, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 21-3.
The Ponies (11-13) will now prepare for their contest against Crooked Oak (Oklahoma City, OK). The Ruf-Nex enter the non-league contest with a 4-19 record. In their last contest, Crooked Oak was routed by Lexington (Lexington, OK), 45-41, in a non-league contest.
