In their next game, the Mustangs face the Calloway County Lakers (Murray, KY) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 23. McCracken County will attempt to move on its 22-5 season record. The Lakers enter the match with a 24-5 record after their 75-19 non-league win over Ballard Memorial (Barlow, KY).
With the defeat, Mayfield moves to 14-12 on the year.
