The Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) basketball felled the host Rio Rico Hawks (Rio Rico, AZ), 76-67 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Sabercats (17-10) will now prepare for their test against Mesquite (Gilbert, AZ). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 24-4 record. In their last test, Mesquite thwarted Sahuarita (Sahuarita, AZ), 70-37, in a non-league test.

The Hawks now own a 20-7 record.
