The Mavericks now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Stoneman Douglas for a non-league battle on Friday, February 23. Archbishop McCarthy will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 18-6 non-league win over Olympic Heights (Boca Raton, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 3-0.

In their next game, the Golden Tornadoes clash with the Taravella Trojans (Coral Springs, FL) in a 2A D15 battle, on Wednesday, February 28. Pompano Beach will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record.
