In Thursday's non-league test, the host Cate Rams lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-11 victory over the Royal Highlanders.
The Rams now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Saugus for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 27. Cate will face a Centurions squad coming off a 15-7 non-league win over Thacher (Ojai, CA). The Centurions record now stands at 2-1.
In their next game, the Highlanders face the West Ranch Wildcats (Valencia, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 27. Royal will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 18-6 non-league win over Agoura (Agoura, CA).
