In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Towns County Indians baseball team scored a tight 11-5 victory over the Fannin County Rebels.
The Indians (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Union County (Blairsville, GA). The Panthers go into the game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Union County was overwhelmed by Gilmer (Ellijay, GA), 4-3, in a league game.
The Rebels (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA). The Indians go into the game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Lumpkin County was overwhelmed by Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA), 8-7, in a league game.
