In Thursday's non-league test, the host John Carroll Catholic Rams lacrosse squad scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers.
The Rams now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to All Saints' Academy for a non-league test on Friday, February 23. John Carroll Catholic will face a Saints squad coming off a 11-2 league win over Windermere Prep (Windermere, FL). The Saints record now stands at 3-0.
In their next game, the Hustlers face the Cocoa Beach Minutemen (Cocoa Beach, FL) in a 1A D7 test, on Tuesday, February 27. Melbourne Central Catholic will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Minutemen come into the test with a 2-2 record after their 19-3 non-league loss to Jensen Beach (Jensen Beach, FL).
