Pepperell Dragons (Lindale, GA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Chattooga Indians (Summerville, GA), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Dragons confront the Coosa Eagles (Rome, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 27. Pepperell will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Trinity Christian (Sharpsburg, GA).

The Indians now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Dade County for a 1A D-I Area 7 challenge on Monday, February 26. Chattooga will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 6-3 non-league loss to LaFayette (LaFayette, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-3.
