Arizona High School Softball - Boulder Creek bounces Youngker

Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Boulder Creek Jaguars (Anthem, AZ) and the visiting Youngker Roughriders (Buckeye, AZ), witnessed Boulder Creek's softball squad prevail over Youngker by a count of 15-0.

The Jaguars now sport a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Coconino for a 4A Grand Canyon match on Friday, February 23. Boulder Creek will face a Panthers squad coming off a 11-5 non-league loss to Xavier College Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Youngker moves to 0-1 on the season. The Roughriders travel to Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ) to face the Mountain Lions in a non-league match on Friday, February 23. The Mountain Lions go into the match with a record of 1-1. Mountain Ridge won 12-0 in their recent non-league match against Greenway (Phoenix, AZ)
