St. Agnes Academy Tigers (Houston, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Dawson Eagles (Pearland, TX), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shadow Creek for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 23. St. Agnes Academy will battle a Sharks squad coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Waller (Waller, TX). The Sharks record now stands at 1-7.

With the loss, Dawson falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Bryan (Bryan, TX) to battle the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 23. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 4-5.
