The Patriots now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vela for a non-league game on Friday, February 23. Mission Veterans Memorial will clash with a Sabercats team coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Mission (Mission, TX). The Sabercats record now stands at 4-7.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles clash with the Rio Grande City Rattlers (Rio Grande City, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 23. Hanna will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Rattlers come into the game with a 1-1 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to La Joya (La Joya, TX).
