Odyssey Institute Minotaur (Buckeye, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Tuba City Warriors (Tuba City, AZ), 20-5 in a non-league challenge.

The Minotaur now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Poston Butte for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 23. Odyssey Institute will battle a Broncos squad coming off a 19-2 non-league win over Gilbert Christian (Gilbert, AZ). The Broncos record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Tuba City falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Morenci (Morenci, AZ) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 23. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 1-0. Morenci won 6-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Northwest Christian (Phoenix, AZ)
