In Saturday's non-league game, the host D'Arbonne Woods baseball team scored a close 7-3 win over the Winnfield Tigers.
The (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Downsville (Downsville, LA). The Demons go into the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Downsville was overwhelmed by Eunice (Eunice, LA), 13-4, in a non-league game.
Next, the Tigers play the Natchitoches Central Chiefs (Natchitoches, LA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 25. Winnfield will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Chiefs go into the game with a 5-2 record after their 7-3 non-league win over Northwood (Shreveport, LA).
