Alabama High School Baseball - Piedmont loses to Oxford

Oxford Yellow Jackets (Oxford, AL) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Piedmont Bulldogs (Piedmont, AL), 9-2 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Oxford advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Yellow Jackets travel to Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Rabun Gap, GA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league match on Thursday, February 27. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 2-1.
The Bulldogs now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cherokee County for a non-league match on Monday, February 24.
