The Daviess County Panthers basketball team scored 73 points and limited the host Christian County Colonels to 55 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now have a 19-6 record. They play next when they host Owensboro for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 25. Daviess County will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 73-56 non-league loss to Henderson County (Henderson, KY). The Red Devils record now stands at 11-15.

With the loss, Christian County falls to 6-22 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to University Heights (Hopkinsville, KY) to confront the Blazers in a District 8 game on Tuesday, February 25. The Blazers go into the game with a record of 8-13. University Heights lost 67-52 in their recent non-league game against Owensboro Catholic (Owensboro, KY)
