In Saturday's league contest, the visiting Shakopee Sabers basketball team scored a close 70-64 win over the Eden Prairie Eagles.

The Sabers (19-6) will now prepare for their contest against Eagan (Eagan, MN). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 14-8 record.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Champlin Park Rebels (Champlin, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 25. Eden Prairie will attempt to better on its 9-13 season record.
