Ohio High School Basketball - Mason fells Springfield

The Mason Comets basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Springfield Wildcats to 47 in the Comets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Comets now have a 23-1 record. They play next when they travel to Perrysburg for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 25. Mason will confront a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 41-29 non-league win over Findlay (Findlay, OH). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 15-9.

With the loss, Springfield falls to 12-12 on the campaign.
