The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. Ignatius Wildcats (Cleveland, OH) and the visiting Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH), witnessed St. Ignatius's ice hockey team defeat Avon Lake by a final score of 9-2.
The Wildcats (26-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Padua Franciscan (Parma, OH). The Bruins come into the non-league challenge with a 12-18 record. In their last challenge, Padua Franciscan got by St. Edward (Lakewood, OH), 4-3, in a non-league challenge.
