The Preston Knights basketball squad (Kingwood, WV), was crushed 57-36 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Bridgeport Indians (Bridgeport, WV)
With the victory, Bridgeport advances its record to 7-0 on the year. The Indians host Lincoln (Shinnston, WV) to meet the Cougars in a non-league battle on Thursday, February 27. The Cougars enter the battle with a record of 8-3.
The Knights now own a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Fairmont for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 25.
