California High School Softball - Don Lugo bested by El Rancho

The El Rancho Dons triumphed over the host Don Lugo Conquistadores softball squad by a count of 11-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Dons meet the Downey Vikings (Downey, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 25. El Rancho will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 9-7 non-league win over Sunny Hills (Fullerton, CA).

The Conquistadores (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Colony (Ontario, CA). The Titans enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Colony was routed by Diamond Bar (Diamond Bar, CA), 12-1, in a non-league challenge.
