In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) volleyball squad nudged the visiting St. Augustine Saints (San Diego, CA), by a margin of 3-2.
Next up, the Foothillers battle the Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 28. Grossmont will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
With the loss, St. Augustine moves to 0-1 on the year. The Saints travel to Madison (San Diego, CA) to battle the Warhawks in a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 2. The Warhawks go into the contest with a record of 1-0.
