In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Granada Hills Charter Highlanders (Granada Hills, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Westlake Warriors (Westlake Village, CA), by a margin of 12-7.

With the triumph, Granada Hills Charter moves its record to 5-1 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Burbank (Burbank, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Thursday, February 24. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Warriors play the Calabasas Coyotes (Calabasas, CA) in a contest, on Tuesday, March 1. Westlake will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
