Texas High School Baseball - McCallum nips Fredericksburg

McCallum Knights (Austin, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Fredericksburg Billies (Fredericksburg, TX), 10-9 in a non-league test.

With the win, McCallum upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Burnet (Burnet, TX) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, February 24. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 3-0. Burnet won 15-3 in their recent non-league test against Regents (Austin, TX)

The Billies now possess a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host C.H. Yoe for a non-league battle on Friday, February 24.
