In Thursday's non-league game, the host Trinity Christian Eagles baseball team scored a tight 9-2 victory over the Polytechnic Parrots.
The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Covenant Classical (Fort Worth, TX). The Cavaliers go into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Covenant Classical was overwhelmed by Fort Worth THESA (Fort Worth, TX), 19-3, in a non-league game.
The Parrots (2-1) will now prepare for their game against DeSoto (DeSoto, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, DeSoto tipped Southwest (Fort Worth, TX), 8-0, in a non-league game.
