The Advanced Tech Academy Lakers (Dearborn, MI) basketball felled the visiting Canton Preparatory Chargers (Canton, MI), 38-27 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Lakers (6-14) will now prepare for their test against Ecorse (Ecorse, MI). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Ecorse was beaten by University Prep (Detroit, MI), 44-17, in a league test.
The Chargers now own a 13-5 record. They play next when they travel to Chelsea for a non-league test on Monday, February 27. Canton Preparatory will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 65-27 non-league win over Dexter (Dexter, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 21-1.
