The Romeo Bulldogs (Romeo, MI) basketball knocked off the host Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI), 43-34 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (12-10) will now prepare for their test against Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 16-5 record. In their last test, Utica Eisenhower notched a victory over Lutheran North (Macomb, MI), 53-45, in a non-league test.
The Big Reds now own a 6-16 record. They play next when they host L'Anse Creuse for a non-league test on Monday, February 27. Chippewa Valley will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 50-30 non-league win over Warren Woods-Tower (Warren, MI). The Lancers record now stands at 7-13.
