In Thursday's non-league contest, the Deer Valley Wolverines (Antioch, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA), by a margin of 25-0.
With the triumph, Deer Valley moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA) to play the Broncos in a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 28. The Broncos come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
