Grandview Zebras (Grandview, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Ferris Yellowjackets (Ferris, TX), 14-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Zebras now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Connally for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 24. Grandview will face a Cadets squad coming off a 15-4 non-league loss to Jacksboro (Jacksboro, TX). The Cadets record now stands at 0-5.

With the loss, Ferris falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to West (West, TX) to face the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 23. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 3-4. West lost 17-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Robinson (Robinson, TX)
