The Mustangs now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kaufer for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 2. Ingleside will battle a Seahawks squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Stockdale (Stockdale, TX). The Seahawks record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, Marshall falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to King (Corpus Christi, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 24. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 0-5. King lost 6-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Incarnate Word Academy (Corpus Christi, TX)
