The Wildcats now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mt. Pleasant for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 24. Rains will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Farmersville (Farmersville, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Pleasant Grove falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Hooks (Hooks, TX) to battle the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 24. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 6-2. Hooks won 8-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TX)
