The Corsica/Stickney Jaguars (Corsica, SD) basketball nipped the host Chamberlain Cubs (Chamberlain, SD), 61-55 in Friday's non-league test.
The Jaguars (12-8) will now prepare for their test against Marty Indian (Marty, SD). The Braves go into the non-league test with a 14-6 record. In their last test, Marty Indian was tipped by Tripp-Delmont/Armour (Armour, SD), 54-49, in a non-league test.
The Cubs now own a 2-18 record. They play next when they travel to Kimball/White Lake for a non-league test on Monday, February 26. Chamberlain will encounter a Wildkats squad coming off a 52-41 non-league win over Avon (Avon, SD). The Wildkats record now stands at 5-15.
