The Sully Buttes Chargers basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host North Central Thunder to 50 in the Chargers non-league victory on Friday.
The Chargers now sport a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lower Brule for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 27. Sully Buttes will battle a Sioux team coming off a 58-19 non-league loss to Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD). The Sioux record now stands at 10-10.
The Thunder (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against McLaughlin (McLaughlin, SD). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 14-6 record. In their last contest, McLaughlin prevailed over St. Francis Indian (St. Francis, SD), 65-45, in a non-league contest.
