West Hempstead Rams (West Hempstead, NY) supporters were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Oyster Bay Baymen (Oyster Bay, NY), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, West Hempstead improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Carle Place (Carle Place, NY) to play the Frogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 1. The Frogs come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Carle Place won 51-29 in their recent non-league challenge against East Rockaway (East Rockaway, NY)
