The Poth Pirates (Poth, TX) basketball felled the visiting Rice Consolidated Raiders (Altair, TX), 65-49 in Friday's non-league test.
The Pirates (20-5) will now prepare for their test against Marion (Marion, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 23-9 record. In their last test, Marion thwarted Crystal City (Crystal City, TX), 81-72, in a non-league test.
The Raiders now own a 25-11 record.
