The West Canada Valley Indians (Newport, NY) basketball felled the visiting Sandy Creek Comets (Sandy Creek, NY), 76-67 in Friday's non-league test.
The Indians (17-5) will now prepare for their test against Hamilton (Hamilton, NY). The Emerald Knights go into the non-league test with a 19-3 record. In their last test, Hamilton thwarted Frankfort-Schuyler (Frankfort, NY), 82-51, in a non-league test.
The Comets now own a 15-5 record.
