The Adrian Maples basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host Skyline Eagles to 33 in the Maples non-league victory on Friday.
The Maples now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milan for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 27. Adrian will battle a Big Reds team coming off a 52-43 league loss to Grosse Ile (Grosse Ile, MI). The Big Reds record now stands at 5-15.
The Eagles (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Monroe (Monroe, MI). The Trojans come into the Southeastern - Red contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, Monroe dropped by Pioneer (Ann Arbor, MI), 44-34, in a league contest.
