The Tri County Area Vikings basketball team (Howard City, MI), was overwhelmed 62-27 in Friday's league battle with the host Big Rapids Cardinals (Big Rapids, MI)

The Cardinals now possess a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Varsity Opponent for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 27.

The Vikings (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Montabella (Blanchard, MI). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 7-13 record. In their last contest, Montabella was routed by Vestaburg (Vestaburg, MI), 42-35, in a league contest.
